Residents are said to have been evacuated from a street in North Berwick as firefighters race to tackle a blaze in the town.
Locals reported a large emergency service presence on Forth Street in the East Lothian village, with firefighters said to be tackling a fire at the old Masons hall.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed resources were in attendance shortly before 9am on Monday (11 November).
Disruption to traffic has been reported in the area.
Police Scotland told Edinburgh Live they were called to reports of a fire at around 7:40am.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called around 7.40am on Monday, 9 November, to a report of a fire at a premises in Forth Street, North Berwick. Officers assisted colleagues in the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service with traffic management and the road is currently closed."
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 6.57am on Monday, November 9 to an automatic fire alarm signal at Forth Street, North Berwick, East Lothian.
"Operations Control mobilised six appliances including a height vehicle to the two-storey Masonic Hall where smoke could be seen issuing from the windows.
"Crews evacuated neighbouring properties as they worked to locate and extinguish the fire.
"There are no reported casualties at this time.
"Firefighters remain at the scene."
