North Belfast police release image of man who may be able to help burglary probe

Police have released an image of a man who may be able to help their investigation into "a series" of North Belfast burglaries.

They believe a number of incidents last August in the Tullyrusk area of Dundrod, Co Antrim involving a Range Rover and stolen bank cards may be linked.

Detective Sergeant Corrigan said: "The identification of this male is of vital importance to this investigation, as he may have information that can help us.

"One male has already been arrested, charged and remanded in relation to this incident and two other burglaries in Ardmore Park Belfast on 14 August and the Feldon Close area of Newtownabbey on 16 August last year.

"But our enquiries are continuing and we would appeal to anyone who can help identify this individual or who has any details in relation to the incidents referred, to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 217 14/08/19.

"Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime."
