North Belfast crash causing long delays

A crash in North Belfast is causing disruption on the roads this morning.

It is believed that a road traffic collision occurred in the the White Brae area of Ligoneil Road shortly before 8:20am.

The crash is causing significant rush hour delays on Wednesday morning, police say.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Officers on scene dealing with a Road Traffic Collision in the White Brae area of Ligoneil/Crumlin Road.

"Road conditions are very icy in that area and are going to be closed for the foreseeable.

"Please avoid the area and take alternate routes.
