North Ayrshire athletes still have time to still enter the Jim Young Marymass Festival 10K road roace.
The race, organised by Irvine Running Club, takes place on Wednesday, August 21, and leaves from Irvine Sports Club at Marress.
You can enter the race at www.entrycentral.com until midnight on August 19.
The race starts at 7pm and race numbers can be collected from 5.30pm on the night from Irvine Sports Club.
It’s always a fun event to take part in and the course has been measured and been given a Scottish Athletics Permit.
