The detached house is on Easedale Drive, a sleepy road in the seaside suburb of Ainsdale. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and has been revamped to the highest standard by its current owners.

The extended home is enhanced by the current owner's neutral colour scheme of greys, whites and blacks.

On entering, one of the first rooms to see is the impressive games room. Boasting a pool table and bar, it's the perfect space for entertaining.
The kitchen and diner is a massive L-shaped space to the rear of the house with modern cabinets, room for an American-style fridge freezer and a large central island complete with a breakfast bar. Bi-fold doors lead out from the room onto the decked patio and large garden, where there are plenty of places to find a spot and relax.

Elsewhere is a cosy lounge, a utility room and a WC, as well as a stylish office with floor to ceiling windows that could easily be converted into another reception room.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms. One boasts a huge wet room en-suite, as well as its own dressing room.
One of the bedrooms is currently behind used as a high-tech golf simulator, with tall ceilings and bespoke logos.

The bathroom is spectacular, with black and off-white glossy tiles, a jet stream bath and a huge walk-in shower area built into a half-wall that creates a divider in the room.
The location of this house is also great; the property is minutes away from Ainsdale's pinewoods and beach, and is also near the train station.
The house is on the market with Ball & Percival for £495,000. The listing hailed it as "remarkable" and of "impeccable quality".

It added that the property "exhibits a simply exemplary finish throughout, with only the highest specification of fixtures and fittings implemented, coupled with the seller’s exacting eye for detail. The result is a truly special home".
According to Rightmove data, houses sold for an average of £255,842 in Ainsdale over the last year. The figure is 1% higher than the previous 12 months, but a 14% jump on the 2019 peak.
