We're changing our advisory panel and we'd like our readers to nominate charity professionals to be part of our plans for the next 12 months.
Members will act as a sounding board for us – alerting us to new developments and trends, suggesting ideas for features and services, and recommending bloggers.
Panel members should be willing to write a blog for us at least twice during the year, and should also be willing to attend a couple of get-togethers at the Guardian.
As far as possible, we'd like a balanced panel, reflecting the diversity of professions and people who work in the voluntary sector.
Experienced charity leaders Lynne Berry and Acevo's Peter Kyle have agreed to help choose the panel members.
Please don't nominate yourself – if you're interested, try to convince a colleague to drop us a line, saying why they think you'd be suitable.
Please check with the person you're nominating that they're happy to be put forward. Nominations shouldn't be longer than 250 words.
Nominations are open now. Please send your emails to vsadvisorypanel@guardian.co.uk. They will close on Wednesday 9 May, and the ten panellists will be chosen shortly afterwards.
