In an plea for information, Noel's mum Julie begged him to come home.

"I just want you home and we will get you the help you need. I don't care what time of the day or night it is, go to the nearest hospital, the nearest police station, anywhere.
"Tell them who you are and it will get back to us and we will come and pick you up.
"Please son, please, please just come home. Your beautiful children need their daddy."
His brother Chris told Belfast Live that they are "out of their minds".
He said: "We have heard absolutely nothing. We have search all over Belfast and Lisburn for him and nothing."
