Noel Gallagher's wife calls Liam 'fat t**t' and 'tribute act' over Glastonbury gig

Noel Gallagher's wife Sara Macdonald is reported to have given a very sassy response when asked for her thoughts on brother-in-law Liam's Glastonbury set over the weekend.

The Gallaghers were seen partying at the Worthy Farm but swerved Liam's performanceon Saturday amid the brothers' long-running feud.

Sharing snaps of her weekend on Instagram , Sara, 46, praised Friday's headliner Stormzy.

"Staying for Liam's set?" one of her followers cheekily asked her.

Sara hit back: "Think I’m going to swerve that. The fat t**t doing his tribute act, balancing a tambourine on his head is going to look pretty dated after Stormzy."

A screenshot of Sara's attack was shared online though the comment has since been deleted from her page.

Mirror has contacted Liam and Noel's representatives for comment.

Liam, 46, took to the Pyramid Stage on Saturday where he performed many tunes from Oasis' back catalogue as well as his own solo hits.

Appearing before headliners The Killers, Liam opened his set with Rock N Roll star and revved the crowd up with a pair of golden maracas.

He was supported by girlfriend Debbie Gwyther and daughter Molly Moorish who cheered on from the wings.

This August marks a decade since Oasis split, with Noel quitting the band when a concert in Paris was cancelled following a huge bust up with brother Liam.

Noel recently suggested that the band could still be together if it wasn't for that one gig.

He said: “Yeah probably, if we had done that gig we would have had a year off.

"At the end of a tour usually everyone would leave the band and then you would have six months off and someone would say 'are we doing anything?'. So we just leave for a bit.

“I enjoyed it the same all the way to the end. There was never a point in Oasis where we were all getting on. Never. I joined last and even on the first day I remember thinking 'he's a f**king idiot'.

“When the music wasn't enough was when I said, 'I am out, see you later'.”
