Noel Gallagher's daughter Anais has sparked Brit pop nostalgia by dressing up as the Oasis legend - and fans have commented on the 'uncanny' likeness.
"Did someone say Brit pop ???" asked 19-year-old Anais on Instagram, striking a pose as her singer-songwriter dad from his band's famous 1996 gigs at Maine Road, the former home of their beloved Manchester City.
Wearing a remarkably similar jacket and trousers to Noel, Anais admits that she got the footwear wrong, saying: "P.s I know my dad wore black trainers."
The model also holds a ukelele painted to look like Noel’s trademark Union Jack guitar.
"It's crazy how much you look like your dad here!!" said one follower.
"Mad uncanny," said another.
"It’s uncanny right!" replied Anais.
Anais, Noel's daughter with Meg Matthews, posed alongside guitarist Josh Drewhurst from Stockport band Blossoms who also embraces the era in fancy dress as Geri Halliwell.
Josh flashes a peace sign as Ginger Spice in her Union Jack tea towel dress from the girlband's iconic performance at the Brit Awards in 1997.

Blossoms dressed up as the full Spice Girls line-up with a photo captioned "Spice up your life."
The Oasis Maine Road concerts saw the Manchester band supported by the Manic Street Preachers and Ocean Colour Scene who became household names with their track The Riverboat Song which was the theme to the Chris Evans chat show TFI Friday.
