Noel Gallagher has revealed how he was left with his 'mind blown' following a chat with Pep Guardiola on the weekend.
Manchester City secured the Premier League title on Sunday afternoon as they came from behind to defeat Brighton 4-1 at the Amex Stadium.
Victory for City saw them become the first side in a decade to retain the top-flight title as they beat Liverpool to the prize after a hard-fought battle.
The season could yet get better for supporters if they beat Watford to win the FA Cup on Saturday evening and secured an unprecedented domestic treble.
Yet, Gallagher is already looking forward to next season after manager Guardiola insisted that this City squad would get even better next year.
“At the game yesterday, we were lucky enough to get taken into the dressing room with all the players," Gallagher told talkSPORT.
“We were talking to Pep after the game and he said something to me which was just mind blowing.
“He grabbed us and he said, ‘Next season, we’ll be even better’. And I just thought, ‘How?’"
