Noah Donohoe family reiterate request for 'conspiracists' to stop

An online page has been set up overnight regarding the disappearance and death of Noah Donohoe.

Relatives for Justice say this site was set up despite 'repeated pleas' against the activity and again urged those involved to cease.

In a statement this morning they said: "There is - despite repeated pleas - yet another site set up overnight regarding the disappearance and death of Noah Donohoe.

"Please note this is NOT endorsed by the family. The family reiterate the request that all conspiracists cease their hurtful activities immediately."

Yesterday, a coroner investigating the death of the St Malachy's College pupil demanded an end to online speculation.

Coroner Joe McCrisken branded some of the social media commentary about Noah's death as inaccurate, baseless and potentially criminal.

He said while there was an understandable desire among the public to establish what happened to the schoolboy, he criticised those expressing opinions online.

"Most of this content has been inaccurate and baseless and some has been distressing to Noah's family, and some may have been criminal," he said.

A full inquest into the death of Noah Donohoe is due to be heard on January 18 next year.
