'No stopping' regulation enforced in city centre street during graduation week

A 'no stopping' regulation is being enforced during Nottingham Trent University's graduation week.

From Monday, December 9 until Friday, December 13, cars will be unable to stop in Shakespeare Street and Shakespeare Villages "for the safety of students".

The law school students graduated on the Monday, while business school students will graduate on Tuesday, science and technology on Wednesday, architecture on Thursday and environmental sciences on Friday.

Graduation ceremonies will be held from as early as 10am to 4pm in the late afternoon.

Nottingham City Council says "minor delays" are expected.
