No new Dragon Age or Mass Effect announcement at EA Play Live

Fans are left hanging as BioWare have announced they won't be revealing any details for new Dragon Age or Mass Effect games this month at EA Play Live.

The event is usually centre-stage for the biggest announcements of the year for games produced by EA, including popular titles such as Apex Legends and FIFA.

Last year BioWare released a trailer for Dragon Age 4 which will be a direct sequel to Dragon Age: Inquisition.

BioWare took to Twitter to tell fans: "We’re hard at work creating the next @dragonage and @masseffect games and have some exciting stuff coming to @SWTOR this year.

"While we won’t be showing anything at EA Play Live, be sure to check out our SWTOR Livestream at 12PM PT today for info on what’s to come!"

Similar to Dragon Age, Mass Effect was only announced recently and is most likely in the early stages of development which would explain why no promotional material for the game has yet been released.

EA Play live will take place on 22 July and will have plenty of new announcements to keep fans entertained while they wait for the new Dragon Age and Mass Effect titles.
