Spotted: a genius find at IKEA (no surprises there!) that will have your kitchen sink looking fresh and tidy in literal seconds.
Enter the SKOLÄST Sink container, which expands to fit almost any kitchen sink. Not only will it save precious worktop space, but it's the perfect home for your sponges, washing brushes, dish soap, and even cleaning cloths and sprays to live.
Even better? It has a thoughtfully designed extendable arm, which you can use to hold your dish rag — no more dripping water on your countertop!
Arguably the best part about it, other than its $5.99 price tag, is the fact that it comes in a funky shade of green, so that you can add a welcome pop of color to your kitchen.
With hosting in full swing, this rack is the perfect way to keep your kitchen looking tidy at all times, whether you're hosting for 5 or 15.
An affordable solution for cluttered sinks

I'll be buying this IKEA sink organizer for my kitchen, as a place for my dish soap, scrub brush, cloth, and hand soap to live. I especially love the design of the extendable arm, which means that I won't need to drape my used dishcloth over my faucet anymore.
Its green color fits perfectly with my pale green and white kitchen, while the fact that it's easy to clean is a total win-win. Right now, I find that the clearance space around my kitchen faucets gets seriously grubby, and I often have to get my steam cleaner out to tackle it.
I'm pretty sure that once I move the stuff around it into this sink caddy, the clean up will be half the job — and instead of scrubbing water and spilled dish soap off my countertops, I'll just be able to soak this caddy in warm soapy water, instead!
Other ways to use it
I'm also a little tempted to buy one of these for my en-suite bathroom. I'll have to do the measuring first, but this would be perfect for holding my most-used bathroom bits, like my cleanser and facial brush, my toothpaste, and even my hair oil.
These items usually sit on my windowsill, as this bathroom is tiny. So, this way, I hope my windowsill won't get as grubby — and the water from my facial brush, etc, can just drip into the sink!
