This is the moment a cyclist rides through four red lights as police look on.
The male casually cycles down one of Liverpool's busiest roads, even going through a junction without holding onto the handlebars.
He is seemingly unaware that he has overtaken a police car, which records him for 45 seconds as he disappears through four consecutive sets of red lights.
He is captured cycling down The Strand in Liverpool city centre , which was quiet when the film was recorded just after 10pm on Wednesday night.
The footage was issued by Merseyside Police's Roads Policing Unit, which posted the video on Twitter and wrote: "A busy night with arrests and traffic offence reports, along with two cyclists dealt with this evening for contravening red traffic lights, this one went through four red lights."
Police forces across the UK are currently backing a road safety campaign led by the National Police Chiefs Council.
Called 2Wheels, it is focusing on drivers' approach to motorbikers and cyclists as well as the behaviour of those riding and cycling on the UK's roads.
It is designed to increase awareness and good practice in the hope of reducing deaths following collisions.
