There have been no further deaths of coronavirus patients recorded in our region's hospitals.
Yesterday, for the first time in a number of days, new covid-19 deaths were recorded by some local Trusts.
They were single additional fatalities at the St Helens and Whiston and Halton and Warrington NHS Trusts.
But in today's update, there have been no additional deaths across any of the region's Trusts.
These are the current covid-19 fatality totals for our region's NHS Trusts:

NHS England said a further five people had died across hospitals in England.

A spokesperson said: "A further five people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 29,376.
"Patients were aged between 45 and 86 years old. All had known underlying health conditions.
"Their families have been informed."
These numbers only refer to deaths in English hospitals and do not include deaths in wider settings like care homes and in the community.
