No additional coronavirus deaths were reported at hospitals in the Merseyside region in the last 24 hours, according to the latest NHS figures.
NHS England's daily update, which publishes the number of deaths from Covid-19 in each hospital trust, shows that there were no coronavirus deaths in our hospitals in the last 24 hours.
Today's figures cover the period from 4pm on Sunday, July 12 to 4pm on Monday, July 13.
A total of 26 new deaths from Covid-19 were recorded in hospital trusts across the whole of England, bringing the total in hospitals to 29,103.
Patients were aged between 49 and 94 years old. One patient aged 71 had no known underlying health conditions.
The North West was once again the region with the highest number of coronavirus deaths with eight new fatalities, followed by the Midlands and the East of England which both recorded five new deaths.

The total number of hospital deaths related to coronavirus in our region is 1,238 although the figure is higher when accounting for deaths across all settings.
