Freddie Ljungberg has decided to revert to a back four as his Arsenal side aim to close the gap between themselves and the top four against Manchester City.
Nicolas Pepe was a doubt for the game after picking up a knock at West Ham but will start for the Gunners.
The Swede has been forced into making two changes to the side that won at the London Stadium, however. Matteo Guendouzi and Sead Kolasinac come in for the injured Kieran Tierney and Granit Xhaka.
Bernd Leno starts in goal with Sokratis, Calum Chambers and Ainsley Maitland-Niles completing the rest of the back four. Hector Bellerin was ruled out with a hamstring injury on Saturday.
Pairing Guendouzi in midfield is Lucas Torreira as Mesut Ozil takes up the No.10. position. The Frenchman is making his first Premier League start since Ljungberg's appointment as interim head coach.
The front three consists of all the scorers from the 3-1 victory over West Ham. Nicolas Pepe and Gabriel Martinelli start out wide as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang starts centrally.
Arsenal fans have been eagerly waiting for the news that Pepe will be starting and now that it's official, they've struggled to contain their excitement.
It's not just Arsenal fans who are feeling encouraged as kick off approaches, however.
As usual, has penned his captain's notes with Arsenal playing at home but he came across incredibly confident, sending a defiant message to both his teammates and the Arsenal fans.
"we can approach this clash with Manchester City in a positive spiral. We have some confidence back, we have some momentum and we are home, with you (the supporters) behind us," he told the official match programme.
"My message to the boys and to you is this one: let's not be scared. We can beat Man City."
