No Cairney, No Mitrovic- what could possibly go wrong? Nottingham Forest fans on starting XI vs Fulham

‘Must win’ was the verdict from one Nottingham Forest supporter ahead of Tuesday afternoon’s (or evening) City Ground clash with play-off rivals Fulham.

Forest have picked up seven points from a possible nine since the restart and with five games to go, the Reds are on the verge of securing their best season for 10 years – and they know three points here will go a long to securing that spot whilst also securing a double over the London outfit.

Boss Sabri Lamouchi reverted to arguably his strongest starting XI for the visit of Scott Parker’s Cottages, and that was a decision well received on the proverbial terraces as Sammy Ameobi and Tiago Silva returned at the expense of Ryan Yates and Nuno da Costa.

For Fulham, there was no Tom Cairney or Aleksandar Mitrović.
