Nintendo will slash the price

Nintendo will slash the price of the Game Boy Advance handheld console on Friday, according to Computer Trade Weekly magazine. CTW says the European price will be €99 -- about £60 -- which compares with a UK price of about £90 today. The price will also fall to $79.95 in the USA, and 8800 Yen in Japan. Update: Reuters has filed the story from Tokyo, here.
