A new leak claims that French studio Sloclap is bringing two of its biggest hits to Nintendo Switch 2, based on information shared by leaker Nash Weedle.
The report gives fans their first real look at what could be heading to the console from the team behind "Sifu" and "Rematch."
Nintendo Switch 2 Leaks 3 Games Coming Soon
Sloclap has spent the past year steadily expanding its footprint across every major platform, following "Sifu's" original PlayStation and Epic Games Store launch with later ports to Steam, Xbox, and even the original Nintendo Switch.
That same expansion strategy appears to now be extending to "Rematch," Sloclap's newest release, which according to Nash Weedle is being developed for Switch 2 alongside a port of "Sifu" itself.
Sloclap has also confirmed it is working on a separate, unannounced project beyond these two existing games, with the studio's own team page describing roughly 60 employees currently split between ongoing "Sifu" content updates and this new, unrevealed title.
According to ComicBook, nothing is yet confirmed by either Nintendo or Sloclap.

'Rematch' Is Coming to the Switch 2
"Rematch" is Sloclap's most recent release and its most commercially successful game to date. Originally launching last June on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, the arcade-style soccer game never made it to the original Nintendo Switch, a decision that now appears to have been deliberate, with Sloclap instead targeting Switch 2 from the start.
Rather than controlling an entire team, "Rematch" puts players in control of a single player from a third-person perspective, blending traditional soccer with fast-paced, physical action typical of arcade sports titles.
Developed using Unreal Engine 5 and co-published with Kepler Interactive, "Rematch" earned a 75 on Metacritic and went on to win Sports Game of the Year at the 29th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards, along with a nomination for Best Sports/Racing Game at The Game Awards.
Kepler Interactive has since credited "Rematch" as one of its two breakout hits of the year, alongside "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33," with the game still receiving regular post-launch updates more than a year after release. Nash Weedle did not share additional details on the Switch 2 port beyond confirming it is in development.
'Sifu,' Another New Game to Debut
Before "Rematch," Sloclap released "Sifu" in 2022, which remains the studio's best-received game to date. The third-person action game puts players in the role of a young kung fu disciple seeking revenge against the killers of his family, built around a distinctive aging mechanic where dying in combat permanently ages the protagonist, altering his stats and appearance as the story continues.
"Sifu" has continued receiving new content since 2022, including the free Arenas expansion that added extra combat challenges and roughly double the original amount of gameplay, along with later ports to Xbox, Steam, and the original Nintendo Switch. Since "Sifu" is already available on the original Switch, existing owners would reportedly be able to upgrade to the Switch 2 version rather than buying it outright again.
However, Nash Weedle claims that upgrade won't be free, unlike some other Switch 2 upgrades Nintendo has offered for select first-party titles. The leak also claims this port was originally planned for 2026 before being pushed back to 2027, with a physical release for the Switch 2 version reportedly still being considered.
