How can I get a first order discount at SharkNinja?
It’s simple, really. You’ll need to sign up for the Shark or Ninja email newsletter to be sent 15% off your first purchase. This discount is available on both SharkNinja brands, so you can save on all your home appliance favourites.
Can I get a student discount at SharkNinja?
Yes. If you’re a student, then you can save on your cooking or cleaning purchases with a SharkNinja discount. Both Shark and Ninja have 9% off when you log into your UNiDAYS account.
Does SharkNinja have a Black Friday sale?
Yes. Last year, Shark had selected products reduced by up to £179 off, while Ninja had savings of £50-£100 off its selected items. We’re expecting another strong sale this year on Friday 28th November 2026.
Can I make a free return to SharkNinja?
You can make a return to Shark or Ninja within 30 days. However, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping (unless it is faulty). Your order should only be returned in perfect, resalable condition.

Free next-day delivery: Get free next-day delivery from Shark or Ninja when you spend more than £30. With so many fantastic products, this is not a difficult spend at all! This next-day delivery even includes weekends (except Bank Holidays), and you’ll be sent a one hour delivery time slot.
Note price matches: SharkNinja has a helpful price match policy on its products, which is good to know. If you see your item for less at a qualifying brand, you can request SharkNinja to match this. You’ll need to do so within 30 days of your purchase.

How do we source promo codes and deals?
We have an Offers team that sources codes and deals from affiliate networks and from researching the web. The codes are tested to see if they work and then added to the retailer pages, alongside sales, multi-buy deals, friend referral discounts and newsletter sign-up deals. The codes and offers are checked regularly to ensure they’re still live and working, and new deals are added multiple times a week, keeping the offer list fresh.
Alongside this, we have a Commercial team that works with the brands to secure exclusive discount codes. An exclusive code is an offer agreed upon by the brand that is the best in the market, it’s normally a limited-time-only offer so it’s worth snapping up when you see it.

What if my voucher code doesn’t work?

How do we make money?
When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page.
