There have been a further nine coronavirus deaths in Leeds, as the death toll continues to rise across Yorkshire.
Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has had a total of 143 coronavirus deaths, the second highest in Yorkshire.
Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust, and Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust both have the highest number of deaths at 161.
Figures released today by the NHS show a further 665 people across England have died of the virus, which brings the total number of confirmed hospital deaths in the country to 16,272.
Patients were aged between 26 and 102-years-old and 26 of the 665 patients, who were aged between 48 and 95, had no underlying health conditions.
