The Ambulance Service in Miniyeh Region, Northern Lebanon, implemented nine ambulance missions last week, funded by Riyadh-based King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.
The missions ranged from transporting patients to and from hospitals in addition to on-spot ambulance services for the injured in traffic accidents in Miniyeh, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
This aid comes within the framework of the project to support services and ambulance transport in refugee areas.
The Saudi relief center also launched, Sunday, in Akkar Governorate, Northern Lebanon, the charity bakery project.
The opening took place in the presence of Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon Walid bin Abdullah Bukhari.
This charity bakery is set to distribute 4,000 daily pieces of bread to Lebanese, Palestinian and Syrian families.
