Nina Nesbitt has captured the feelings of more than a few Scots in lockdown at home amid the coronavirus crisis.
The Livingston -born singer is safely staying indoors as the government orders citizens across the UK to avoid public places to halt the spread of the deadly bug.
And as the 25-year-old keeps social media followers entertained with her updates from her time in quarantine at her London pad, she's revealed a tribute to life before social distancing and self-isolation.
In a hilarious song which she posted earlier today, Nina laments the temporary loss of nights out with pals, trips to Wetherspoons and enjoying the odd refreshment in a pub, much like the rest of her fellow Scots.
The songstress, best known for 2013 hit single Stay Out, was helped out by a few of the people she was dedicating the new tune to.
And the lyrics even featured a cheeky mention of Whetherspoons, after the pub chain hit headlines various times in the wake of the health crisis, because of boss Tim Martin 's stance and treatment of employees as bars, restaurants and non-essential shops closed across the country.
Nina sang: "I miss you. I miss you so much. Can't wait 'til it's over, so we can get f****d, we'll go to the bars, the Wetherspoons bar (gross)...
"Take too many shots, throw it up on the spot, blame it all on the dinners (food poisoning)...
"Now it's not so fun, but we've got to stay home, can't wait for the laughs that we'll have when your dating life's bad and our group on What's App ain't just memes that are sad cos we're all just been cheating in dressing gowns gleaming from morning 'til evening...
"But soon we'll be meeting again, my friends."
Nina had been due to travel to Sweden earlier this month to finish writing her new album, but had to postpone the trip as the global health crisis ripped through Europe, closing borders, shops and restaurants across the world.
The star, who used to date Ed Sheeran, promised to keep her 236,000 followers' spirits lifted by sharing music and pictures of the activities she's doing to prevent boredom.
