Nikki Grahame reassured her friends that everything was okay in a heartbreaking final Facebook post.
The Big Brother star posted a message out on social media just before she entered a specialist clinic for treatment for eating disorders last month.
She shared a picture of a vase with a bouquet of flowers sitting on a table at her home, reports the Mirror.
Nikki captioned the photo, “thank you for the beautiful flowers”, followed by a series of emojis.
When one of her friends asked how she was doing, Nikki replied: “All good darling.”
The 38-year-old tragically passed away in the early hours of Friday last week after decades of battling anorexia.
The TV star had checked into a private hospital to treat her eating disorder after her supportive friends managed to raise the £65,000 needed for the specialist care.
Nikki's celebrity pals including Rylan Clark-Neal and Vanessa Feltz joined the thousands of fans donating cash to help out.
After she checked out of the clinic last week, Nikki's friends and family believed her health was improving.
Nikki was discharged last week for emergency treatment and sadly died less than 24 hours later.
Friends and family are said to have had their concerns about her leaving the clinic.
A source told The Sun : "Given the severity of Nikki's condition and the strain already put on her body from 30 years of battling anorexia, there were major reservations about scaling back her care.
"Although there were concerns that Nikki still needed heightened care, she did seem to be doing relatively well and her discharge was a cause for cautious optimism among her inner circle.
"Nkki, unfortunately, had suffered many relapses in her life, but this time she was more determined than ever to get better and the outpouring of support buoyed her."
It was revealed this week that Nikki had visited IVF clinics in her hope to become a mum.
Nikki told new! magazine in 2019: 'I've enquired at a few clinics in London. Ideally, I'd meet the right guy and we could go through the process together.
'I'm so independent, I think I'd be such a good mum because I know I'm capable when I put my mind to it.'
She also revealed that she hoped to meet a partner by the time she as 40 so she had someone to share the process with.
