Netflix has announced it will be releasing the thriller film Nightride this month. The film is about a drug dealer who is trying to give up his criminal life for good by completing one last deal.
Directed by Stephen Fingleton (The Survivalist) with a script by Ben Conway, this immersive thriller is set over the course of one night in Belfast.
Nightride was shot in real time, in a one-take style, to help give a greater sense of urgency and immediacy.

Viewers can also expect the Netflix film to be full of dark humour and high suspense. The tagline of the film highlights the essence of it as it states ‘’one deal, one night, one shot.’’
When is the Nightride release date?
Nightride will be released on Netflix on Friday, March 4 at 8am GMT in the UK.
Who is in the Nightride cast?
The cast of Nightride includes Moe Dunford (Rosie), who will play the main character, Budge, who is a drug dealer trying to go straight as he tries to return money to a ruthless loan shark. Other members of the cast include Joana Ribeiro (Infinite), Gerard Jordan (Five Minutes of Heaven), Ciaran Flynn (48 Angels), John Travers (Peacefire) and Stephen Rea (The Crying Game).
Is there a Nightride trailer?
The Nightride Trailer is available to watch on YouTube. It promises high drama and suspense as the main character Budge can be seen running throughout several scenes in the trailer.
In the trailer, we hear Budge say in an urgent tone of voice: ‘’I’ve got a lot of product and we need to shift it out…now!’’
There is also a clip where a gun is held to Budge’s head, showing the danger he is in.
