Night of bloodshed across London as five people stabbed

Five people were stabbed in the space of two hours on a night of bloodshed in London.

Two 16-year-old boys were among those injured on Friday. They were found with knife injuries outside Barking station at about 6pm.

Just over an hour later, two men, aged 19 and 21, were stabbed in Shepherd's Bush after police received reports of a fight.

Then, shortly after 8pm, a man in his early 20s was discovered with stab wounds in Beckenham.

In Barking, officers were called to Station Parade after a man was seen with a knife.

They arrived and found the two 16-year-olds with stab wounds.

They were taken to hospital and their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

A teen was arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm.

In Shepherd's Bush, police were called to Abdale Road following reports of an altercation between a group of males.

The 19 and 21-year-old victims were taken to hospital where they were in a stable condition on Saturday morning. There have been no arrests.

In Beckenham, police were dispatched to Churchfields Road after paramedics found a man with a "stab injury".

The man was taken to hospital for treatment and he was also in a stable condition on Saturday. There have been no arrests.
