If you are voting in Nigeria, or are following proceedings from further afield, we would like to hear your thoughts on what the mainstream media – globally and those reporting from the country – are likely to miss between now and polling day.

Is there an issue particularly important to you that needs more attention? Maybe it’s something that’s consistently misreported, or knowledge that’s often taken for granted that you would like to see better explained.

Add your thoughts to the form below, tweet @GuardianAfrica or email maeve.shearlaw@theguardian.com and we’ll use your suggestions to inform the coverage on the Guardian Africa network.
