Nigella Lawson to take part in evening of conversation at King's Theatre

Everyone's favourite cooking queen is coming to Glasgow for an evening of conversation later this year.

Nigella Lawson will take part in a special show at the King's Theatre this November where she will "share the rhythms and rituals of her kitchen to celebrate her latest book Cook, Eat, Repeat".

The much-loved writer and TV cook has released a multitude of cookbooks that are a staple in homes throughout the UK and discuss everything from how she brings her recipes to life to her own personal relationship with food.

The event description reads: "Spend an evening with Nigella as she shares the rhythms and rituals of her kitchen to celebrate her latest book Cook, Eat, Repeat – a delicious and delightful combination of recipes intertwined with narrative essays about food, all written in Nigella’s engaging and insightful prose.

"Live in conversation, Nigella will explore how cooking is a personal, intuitive and connecting process, how one meal idea leads to another, and how one ingredient can spawn a multitude of ideas and recipes. Whether asking ‘what is a recipe?’ or making ‘A Loving Defence of Brown Food’, Nigella’s wisdom about food and life comes to the fore."

An Evening With Nigella Lawson will take place on November 8 from 7.30pm at the Kings Theatre.
