Nigel's big day will come in Paris as he referees the France v Italy match.

Speaking ahead of the game, he said: "When you referee, you don't really think about milestones.

"When I got my 71st or 72nd cap and became the most-capped referee, overcoming Jonathan Kaplan, it wasn't something I was chasing.

"But it is something you are aware of and something you become very proud of and it's the same with getting 100 caps.

"If I was to tell you that I don't care about numbers... if any referee told you that, then I don't think they'd be being honest with you because it is something you can look back on."
