Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi says she is putting off having major cancer surgery in a new health update.
The Jersey Shore star, 38, revealed in February that she has stage one cervical cancer, explaining that a biopsy confirmed the diagnosis.
Speaking to Good Morning America, the reality TV icon announced she has been advised to undergo a hysterectomy to remove her uterus and cervix, but has not scheduled the prodecure as she is "scared."
Polizzi said a doctor told her: "We have to do this or it's gonna escalate to stage 2."
