Breaking her social media silence, she took to Instagram to thank followers: "'I am so grateful for all your messages.
I know it was a few days ago, but juggling work, the incredible honor of singing for #Cartier all week and also just trying to simply live in the moment of this magical place.'
She added: 'Finally here's my first official dump and it's my Birthday dump! Thank you God, I am beyond blessed. I love you all so much.'
The cute couple wined and dined during their trip and lapped up the stunning setting with lakeside luxury dining.
And X Factor USA star turned into water goddess as she plunged from a bridge into the sparkling water below.
They also enjoyed a boat trip where Nicole shared fun-loving shots of her open armed embracing the freedom and the release of leaving her hectic schedule on the shore.
But her Hawaiian native boyfriend, 36, was happy in a support role and instead shared more sedate snaps with romantic poses arm-in-arm on an old bridge above the gorgeous blue waterway.
The pair wrapped up their trip with a fairytale ending as they enjoyed a dazzling fireworks display and posed between two classic Italian pillars, with a Disney-worthy romantic embrace.
Despite the COVID-19 restrictions over the past year, Nicole and Thom have managed to visit some incredible places since the start of 2021 and recently soaking in the sights recently with trips to Portugal and Monaco.
The photogenic pair met while shooting The X Factor : Celebrity in 2019 when rugby-player Thom auditioned as the group Try Hard.
