Nicole Scherzinger and her boyfriend Thom Evans are taking their whirlwind relationship to the next level by going househunting.
The madly in love couple, who have been dating for less than a year, appeared to be searching for the perfect home in Los Angeles on Friday.
If recent speculation is anything to go by, the former Pussycat Dolls singer, 42, and rugby hunk, 35, could be looking for their ideal family pad amid rumours they have discussed marriage and babies.
They were pictured out and about viewing a property in the early stages of development with estate agents in LA.
They put on a loving display as they posed for selfies close to the property, which is still under construction.
Nicole looked elegant in a red flowing maxi dress with huge floppy hat and a black face mask.
She was seen chatting to the estate agent as she looked over paperwork at the site.
The couple were seen walking through a gap in the fence to look at the bare bones of the property on a plot of land which boasts a picturesque view.
It comes after reports suggested Nicole is hoping to start a family with Thom, while they are also believed to been keen on purchasing a pad together in London.
A source told The Sun : "Thom told pals he's been taking supplements to boost fertility. Nicole and Thom are ridiculously loved-up, and have had serious conversations about everything from marriage to babies.
"No one would be surprised if they had some baby news in the coming months.
"Thom currently lives with his brother and a housemate in London which hardly makes for a romantic love nest. They are looking to buy a house together once lockdown is over."
The pair began secretly dating after meeting on X Factor : Celebrity.
