Nicole Kidman, Anna Wintour and Ella Balinksa hit Prada front row at Milan Fashion Week

Milan Fashion Week got off to a flying start on Wednesday with Prada's SS20 fashion show.

There were stars on and off the catwalk, as models including Gigi Hadid and Cindy Crawford's daughter Kaia Gerber hit the runway, watched by a front row crowd that included Nicole Kidman, ASAP Rocky, Vogue editor Anna Wintour and British rising star Ella Balinksa.

Balinksa, 22, is set to appear in the upcoming Charlie's Angels reboot opposite Kristen Stewart, Sam Claflin and Elizabeth Banks.

She recently told the Evening Standard that she's been rehearsing for the role since she was a little girl: "We played Charlie’s Angels in the park, my friends and I, when we could. We were running about, inventing our own characters. It was awesome. Watching these characters, you see qualities in them and you go, ‘Hey, I could be an Angel’ which is really cool."

Other Prada guests included Nicole Kidman, who told WWD at the show that she has been "friends with Miuccia [Prada] for 20 years" and that she planned to do some sightseeing on her trip to the Italian fashion capital.

During the show, Gigi Hadid took to the runway in a chocolate brown coat and pink snakeskin fisherman's hat. The model is having a busy fashion month, having touched down in London to walk in the Burberry show and join her friend Derek Blasberg's at his YouTube & Love magazine party on Monday night.
