Nicola Sturgeon is set to give an update on the coronavirus situation across Scotland later today from the Scottish Parliament.
The First Minister will address MSPs in the Holyrood chamber about which council areas will be able to move down to Level 1 to Level 2.
Changes are due to come into effect in a weeks time on June 7.
With cases on the rise in some parts of the country it's expected not every area of the country will shift down a level next.
Glasgow, currently in Level 3, is expected to move to Level 2 on Saturday with a decision to be delivered no later than tomorrow, Wednesday.

Health Secretary Humza Yousaf revealed yesterday that parts of the mainland may remain in Level 2 until the number of cases start to fall.
Concerns have been raised in a number of areas including in Edinburgh where Sturgeon's adviser Professor Devi Sridhar said it wasn't "looking great".
She tweeted: "Edinburgh's not looking great. Probably bc of increased mixing, new variant (B.1617), loads of tourists & still majority of people not fully vaccinated.
"Testing, supported isolation, vaccinations & avoiding risky settings (crowded, indoor, poorly ventilated) are tools we have."
What time is the announcement?
The SNP leader is expected to give her update in the Scottish Parliament at around 2.15pm.
There are a number of parliamentary business items to be addressed before the statement so depending how long they take it could be before or after 2.15pm.
The Daily Record will be covering the statement in our live blog and on our Facebook page.
