Nicola Sturgeon is set to give an update on the state of the pandemic in Scotland in the parliament later today.
The First Minister will address the Holyrood chamber at around 2pm where she will also set out her government's plan for the 100 days in office.
At the Scottish Government briefing yesterday Sturgeon said she would give an update on covid-19 across the country while she lays out her plans.
Yesterday Sturgeon said she was cautiously optimistic about the state of the coronavirus in Glasgow.
She gave the upbeat assessment as calls were made to take the city out of level 3

Glasgow is the only council area in Scotland in level 3 due to covid infection levels.
In level 3 pubs and restaurants cannot serve alcohol indoors and meeting people in each other’s households is also banned.
It came as Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar called for urgent action to take Glasgow out of lockdown.
At a media briefing, Sturgeon said: "I'm pleased to say that there is some signs for cautious optimism."
She said while the seven day average in case levels had increased, she said it was "important" to recognise public health efforts would take time.
She also said over the last two days there were signs of cases stabilising.
