First Minister Nicola Sturgeon is giving a Covid update ahead today of the anticipated COP26 summit which begins on Sunday.
Sturgeon will address MSP's today in the Debating Chamber in Holyrood for the first time since the October Recess.
This comes after concerns have been raised over a possible spike in Covid-19 cases following the summit that will see around 30,000 people come into Glasgow, with many staying in Edinburgh.
COP26 runs from October 31 and lasts until November 12.
As the Daily Record reports, Sturgeon is expected to focus on a number of topics from Covid vaccine passports to the booster programme which Health Secretary Humza Yousaf said was "on track".
Yousaf said: "For those eligible for the Covid-19 boosters, appointments can only take place six months (24 weeks) after your second dose.
"As such, it may take several weeks before you receive your invitation letter.
"We remain on track with Scotland's booster programme, prioritising those at the highest risk for both Covid-19 and flu.
"We started this as soon as possible following the JCVI (Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation) advice that the booster dose should be offered no earlier than six months after completion of the primary vaccine course."
