The Scottish Government have confirmed four coronavirus deaths overnight but a further 2,529 new positive cases.
The latest figures were announced this afternoon as the virus continues to spread across the country.
506 people are currently in hospital with 41 requiring intensive care as they battle the virus.
A total of 318,566 Scots have now caught coronavirus since the start of the pandemic with 7,761 deaths recorded.
3,941,571 people have now had their first dose of the vaccine while2,903,557 have had their second.
It comes as the summer coronavirus peak could last for six weeks after lockdown rules ease, a Government SAGE expert has warned.
Professor Graham Medley, who chairs the modelling group SPI-M, warned of a "considerable burden" on the NHS with the pinnacle of the third wave expected to continue for weeks.
Daily deaths could soar from 100 to 200 at the peak, with between 1,000 and 2,000 hospitalisations per day, the Government's scientific advisers have predicted.
But uncertainty about how quickly people will return to their pre- pandemic habits has left experts unsure about the size of the next wave.
Nicola Sturgeon is also due to update Scots on her plans for Level 0 restrictions across the country.
