Nicola Sturgeon announced this afternoon that Scotland will move to Level 0 restrictions.
The First Minister told a virtual meeting of the Scottish Parliament that the country will move to the lowest level of measures aimed at combatting Covid from Monday.
The move means that people across the country can gather in greater numbers indoors and outdoors.
But Ms Sturgeon said it was a time for 'continued caution' among the public as Covid-19 cases remain high and hospitalisations continue to rise.
And the First Minister said that certain modifications would be made to the Level 0 restrictions.
One of the measures staying in place is the use of face coverings which Ms Sturgeon said would remain in place "for some time to come".
From Monday, eight people from four households can meet indoors and 15 people from 15 households can meet outdoors.
And 200 people can attend weddings.
For hospitality, there's no longer a requirement to book a slot but people will have to provide contact details for track and trace and customers will have to wear face coverings. Pubs can also remain open until midnight.
It was announced today that four more people have died overnight after testing positive for coronavirus and 2,529 new cases have been detected across the country in the past 24 hours with 506 in hospital — 37 more than yesterday.
