Nicola McLean has waded into the Coleen Rooney Twitter row saying that Rebekah Vardy has had to remove her children from school following the backlash.
The fellow WAG revealed that her pregnant pal has been “crying non-stop” since Coleen’s explosive accusation went live on Wednesday.
Wayne Rooney’s wife claimed in a tweet that Becky’s Instagram account was responsible for ‘leaking stories to the press’ after she spent months working it out by blocking every other account.
Pregnant Rebekah, who strenuously denies the claims, has since revealed that she has been sent vile abuse from trolls wishing harm on her unborn baby.
Speaking on The Jeremy Vine show this morning, Nicola said: "I don't know Coleen but I do know Rebekah and what she's going through is what nobody should have to go through so publicly.

"She's got people saying they hope her baby dies inside her, she's seven months pregnant, she's had to take her daughter out of school."

Nicola continued by expressing her shock at Coleen’s decision to go public with the claims, and branded the mum-of-four of being “clever” with the wording of her accusation.
"What she's shocked about, and what I quite agree with, is how publicly Coleen has done it,” she said.
"Coleen has been very clever as to say it's 'Rebekah Vardy's account', so that's not saying it's Rebekah it's someone else with access. If she thought that shouldn't she have called Rebekah."

The glamour model and TV personality went on to say that Rebekah is “devastated” with what has happened and has had to cut her holiday short to tackle the backlash.
Nicola said: "Rebekah, who is seven months pregnant, she cannot stop crying, she's had to take her kids out of school, she's had to come back from a holiday.
"I know everyone's gonna say how lucky she is to be on holiday, it's still the fact she's had to interrupt her holiday.
"She's devastated she doesn't see the funny side of this but we're all sitting here and laughing about it."
