Nick Mohammed has revealed “a lot” of his reaction to Alan Carr winning Celebrity Traitors was edited out of the final.
Carr, 49, was crowned winner of the BBC competition after declaring to Faithfuls Mohammed and David Olusoga that he was a Traitor during the epic final last Thursday.
Ted Lasso actor Mohammed was baffled by the news and was filmed doubling over in shock and exclaiming: “F**k!”
He has now admitted there’s a dramatic extended version of his reaction to Carr’s triumph that fans didn’t see.
“There was a lot more they [producers] edited out. I was effing and blinding, I was so shocked,” the 45-year-old told The Times.
After the final three chose to end the game, Mohammed and Olusoga confirmed they were Faithfuls and host Claudia Winkleman asked Carr to reveal if he was a Faithful or Traitor.

Mohammed explained that he realised the comedian had hoodwinked them as soon as he started speaking.
“And then I just lost control of my legs. I was on the floor. And then when Alan burst into tears I couldn’t bear it, but I also thought, ‘oh my God, this is going to be great television,’” he recalled.
“No one wanted to see David and me win together. That would be so boring.”
During the explosive final, Carr was overcome with emotion as he told his teammates: “I am and have always been a Traitor.”
Breaking down in tears, he added: “I’m so sorry, it’s been tearing me apart.”

He then revealed the identity of the other Traitors, singer Cat Burns and presenter Jonathan Ross, who was banished at a roundtable earlier on in the series.
Mohammed covered his mouth in shock and said: “Alan Carr. He played an absolute blinder.”
Throughout the series, Carr and Burns “murdered” a string of Faithfuls, including actress Celia Imrie, comedian Lucy Beaumont and Olympic diver Tom Daley.
Other Faithfuls including actor Sir Stephen Fry, presenter Clare Balding and actor Mark Bonnar fell under suspicion and were banished by their fellow contestants.
Carr donated his £87,500 Traitors prize to the children’s cancer charity, Neuroblastoma UK.
Trustee Tori Oldridge, 49, said: “That amount of money is incredible. It will make a huge impact.”
When asked about the comedian’s victory, she said: “I didn’t think he was going to win.
“It was really exciting. Last night, we were on the edge of our seats. We were glued to the screen. We all felt the emotion he was feeling. He did so, so well.”
Following his success with Celebrity Traitors viewers, Carr is reportedly being lined up to host Strictly Come Dancing.
The presenter is said to be in the running to front the BBC dance competition after Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman announced their exit.
