Nick Knowles has hit out at a new Channel 4 show, as well as a longstanding BBC programme, on Twitter.
The DIY SOS presenter said Jimmy Carr's game show I Literally Just Told You "plays charities off against each other for entertainment".
In a follow up post, the 59-year-old also took aim at BBC quiz show Weakest Link, while explaining his decision to appear on ITV's Celebrity Catchphrase.

Nick said: "So Jimmy Carr’s 'I Literally Just Told You' plays off charities against each other to go home with nothing
"So three important charities took part tonight but received no cash at all. Only one got money
"I’m not sure I like playing charities off against each other for entertainment"
When follower Damien Gilmore replied suggesting The Weakest Link was "the same", Nick said: "Then I’m unhappy with that too - I recently did Catchphrase because the charity gets what you win."
Nick's fans are in agreement with him, with one - Kenneth Moore - even calling for him to be the next Prime Minister.
John Boyle replied: "Nick, God love you".
Sue Watts said: "I think Catchphrase is a good concept as everyone takes what they win with a chance to double."
Meanwhile, Jimmy Carr is receiving plenty of praise for the new show from his Twitter followers.
Stuart The Taffy tweeted: "My 1st ever viewing of your new show and, boy, did I laugh. It surpassed the fantastic reviews I’d read over the last week or so.
"An awesome format with the perfect host."
Dan Sinclair said: "Episode 2 had my whole family laughing and we’re not easily pleased!"
Channel 4 and the BBC have been approached for comment.
