It is no secret that Nick Knowles is known by many as the DIY heartthrob of their dreams, but it seems the carpenter is capable of keeping secrets of his own romantic endeavours.
The 56-year-old TV hunk has hinted he once enjoyed a romance with Australian actress and singer Natalie Imbruglia.
During a candid conversation on Radio X, the DIY SOS star hinted he once enjoyed a night of passion with Natalie, 45.
Perhaps sounding a little coy - and perhaps being cautious after he was caught out after claiming he once supported Biffy Clyro on tour - Nick let listeners reach their own conclusions over what he didn’t say during the broadcast.

“I wouldn’t describe it as a thing . . . well, we were friends. It was a long time ago. She’s very beautiful and very bright and very funny,” he said on the radio show.
“We went up to Edinburgh to do the G8 summit – she was part of the Comic Reliefshow. We’ve done various stuff,” he added - hinting of a romantic tryst with Wrong Impression singer Natalie.
Nick has been married twice in the past - with his most recent marriage to Jessica Moore, 31, coming to an end in 2016.

During the same broadcast, single Nick revealed he has gained weight since shedding two stone on I’m A Celeb in 2018.
“I’m fatter than I was – I’ve got some kind of reaction to when I was in the jungle,” he said.
“I actually asked my doctor about this and they said after starvation in the jungle I’ve obviously hit that thing where I’ve gone and ate everything I could find,” he said.
“I had a big Christmas. I lost 14 and a half kilos in the jungle, which is two and a half stone, in 20 days. I’ve almost put all of it back on,” he added.
