Ho ho ho! Or should that be Who Who Who?
The familiar-looking bloke on the left, besides being Father Christmas, is Nick Frost, star of Spaced, Shaun of the Dead et al, who will feature in the Doctor Who Christmas special, previewed for the first time on BBC1’s Children in Need programme coming up this Friday.
And by the looks of the expression on Peter Capaldi’s face, he didn’t get the Doctor’s letter. Forget about the night before Christmas, this 30-second trailer suggests there will be a few night(mare)s after Christmas in the festive special, which channels, from this early glimpse at least, Alien and Ghostbusters. Who you gonna watch?
