Nick Foles replaces Mitch Trubisky at quarterback as the Bears rally for a 30-26 win over the Falcons

Quarterback Nick Foles replaced Mitch Trubisky and then engineered a comeback from a 16-point deficit to lift the Chicago Bears to a 30-26 victory over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday afternoon.

Foles had three touchdown passes in the span of 4 minutes, 27 seconds. He found wide receiver Anthony Miller for the winning 28-yard touchdown pass with 1:53 to play.

Bears safety Tashaun Gipson sealed the victory by intercepting Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan on the Falcons' final drive.

The Bears were down 26-10 early in the fourth quarter before Foles took over.

Bears coach Matt Nagy turned to Foles after Trubisky overthrew a pair of deep shots before halftime and threw an interception that led to a Falcons field goal and the 16-point lead.

The Bears' comeback came despite two second-half touchdowns that were overturned by replay review. One was an Allen Robinson catch that Darqueze Dennard ripped from Robinson's hands. The other was a Miller catch that was later ruled to be out of Miller's control.

The Falcons' collapse comes one week after they allowed the Cowboys to come back from a 20-point deficit to win 40-39.
