Nick Chubb wins FedEx Ground Player of the Week

Browns running back Nick Chubb benefitted from strong fan voting to capture the FedEx Ground NFL Player of the Week honor. Chubb ran away with the voting just like he ran away from the Baltimore Ravens.

The second-year RB’s 165-yard, 3-TD performance in Week 4 made him an obvious choice to win the award. It’s the first time Chubb has captured the honor, and he’s the first Browns RB to win it since Peyton Hillis back in 2010.

As part of the award, FedEx will donate $2,000 to The USO in Chubb’s name.

Chubb and the Browns head to San Francisco for Monday night’s game with the 49ers in Week 5.
