Nick Chubb wins AFC Offensive Player of the Week

The accolades for Nick Chubb’s big day in Baltimore keep piling up. Rushing for 165 yards and three TDs will do that for a running back.

On Wednesday, the NFL announced that the Browns RB has won the AFC Offensive Player of the Week for his outstanding performance on Sunday in Week 4. It’s the first time Chubb has won the honor.

He’s the first Browns player to win the award since Baker Mayfield captured it in Week 16 last season. The last Browns RB to win the AFC Player of the Week was Peyton Hillis back in 2010.

Jameis Winston won the NFC Offensive Player of the Week honor.

Chubb is also up for the FedEx Ground award in Week 4.
