Nick Chubb only got one carry in the Browns’ preseason opener against the Washington Redskins, but he made sure it was a good one.
Chubb only played the first series for the Browns, but he made the most of it, running for 12 yards and a first down.
The former UGA star is one of the many exciting young pieces on this Browns team that has fans and media pundits alike looking at Cleveland as a potential contender in the AFC this year.
He had an excellent rookie season, averaging over five yards and scoring eight touchdowns throughout last year, coming up just four yards short of a thousand-yard campaign. Based on this preseason run, it looks as though he’s ready to pick up right where he left off.
