It’s a good thing M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore isn’t in a school zone. Browns RB Nick Chubb would have been guilty of speeding on his fantastic 88-yard touchdown run.
According to Next Gen Stats, Chubb reached almost 22 MPH on his long TD scamper, his third score of the day against the Ravens. Chubb hit 21.95 MPH during the run.
It’s the fastest any player has run on a scoring play through the first four weeks of the 2019 season. Even more impressive, Chubb maintained that speed for over 44 yards as he sprinted away from the Ravens defense chasing him up the right sideline.
